A marathon is not 42.2 kilometers.
A marathon is the sixteen weeks before it.

Three steps. Nothing extra.

  1. Step 01

    Name your race.

The date, the distance and the time you want to run.

Not a generic ChatGPT plan. Proven training methods (Pfitzinger, Daniels, Hansons) fitted to your level and your goal.

    The plan adapts.

Runs from Apple Watch, Garmin and other watches come in through Apple Health, or you record them with GPS. Every Monday Pacero compares what you ran with the plan and adjusts the weeks ahead.

Who makes Pacero

Roman Bezaev

Head of ML, amateur runner

I run a lot myself, with a half marathon and a 10K behind me. I know how much a training block takes out of you, and how frustrating it is when it goes off plan.

I build Pacero on my own, so that it's easier for other runners to reach their goal.

Questions and answers.

Which watches work with Pacero?

Any watch that sends workouts to Apple Health: Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, Polar and others. Pacero picks up your runs from there on its own, both new ones and the last year of history to gauge your fitness. For Garmin, turn on workout sharing with Apple Health in the Garmin Connect app.

Is there an Android version?

Not outside Russia yet. Pacero is an iPhone app for iOS 16 and later.

Can I pick my race in the app?

Yes. The race list covers all World Marathon Majors and big marathons and half marathons across Europe, the US and Asia. If your race is not there, enter its date and distance yourself.

How fast do I get my plan?

A couple of minutes after a short questionnaire: your race, your goal and how many days a week you can train.

What if I miss a week?

Pacero takes the missed week into account at the next review and rebuilds the load, without trying to make up for lost runs. It is a plan that adapts, not a fixed schedule.

Can I train without a watch?

Yes. Record a run with GPS right in the app, log it by hand or upload a screenshot of your result. The plan adapts to that data too.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once for a training cycle, and access lasts until race day. The first 7 days are free.
